Description
Amoxicillin Trihydrate is a broad-spectrum penicillin antibiotic that exerts its bactericidal effect by inhibiting bacterial cell wall synthesis. This action leads to the destruction of susceptible Gram-positive and selected Gram-negative bacteria.
Colistin Sulphate is a polypeptide antibiotic with strong activity against Gram-negative bacteria. It works by disrupting bacterial cell membranes, causing leakage of essential intracellular components and rapid bacterial death.

Dosage
Orally Via drinking water
Calves, sheep and goats
10 gm per 100 kg body weight for 3-5 days.
Poultry
1 gm in 2 liters of drinking water or 0.11-0.22 gm per kg body weight for 3-5 days.
